Meet Founder & Principal Designer, Rae'Van Parson
A Dallas Texas native, Rae'Van Parson began her design journey by earning her Bachelor's degree in Interior Design with a minor in Architecture from the University of Oklahoma. Furthering her passion for technical & strategic design, Rae'Van went on to receive her Master's Degree in Design Engineering & Innovation from Southern Methodist University.

Gaining her experience as a freelance design contractor, Rae'Van produced interior design and brand design solutions for high-end homeowners, business owners, start-ups, and non-profit organizations. Having worked extensively as a Workplace Strategist & Change Management Specialist, Rae'Van also gained experience producing workplace strategies for corporate Fortune 500 Companies merging both the practice of interior design & human-centered design/research.
With over ten years of experience working as a multi-disciplinary designer, Rae'Van draws her inspiration for her interior design approach from mixed media art, fashion, international travel, and Eclectic / Contemporary design, whole-heartedly believing that the most memorable spaces are those that transport you into a realm of whimsy, modernity, flavor & flair.

In her spare time, Rae'Van enjoys creating works of mixed-media art, watching various genres of cinema, enjoying the company of her family (and rambunctious Labradoodle), and attending a variety of fine arts performances and creative arts activities.
